Style + Character & 100 Year Plan This year at WWDMagic/Project I was lucky enough to meet the talented creative director for Brooklyn Circle (BKC), Mr. Ouigi Theodore. BKC was commissioned by Project global trade show to curate “PROJECT 10.” This was a lifestyle installation of the classic aesthetics and style that BKC built their brand on. The installation included 10 hand-selected designers to show off their classic American craftsmanship. About BKC The Brooklyn Circus/BKC story begins in 2006 in a quaint neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York with the aim to strengthen consumers’ appreciation for classic aesthetics and antique motifs whilst upholding the pillars of modern design within a hundred year plan. With time-tested values of classic American craftsmanship, a love for urban tradition, vintage sensibilities, and an endless search for the timeless silhouette, the“BKC HAS PRODUCED GARMENTS THAT BRING THE PAST FORWARD INTO THE FUTURE WHILE EXTENDING AN ETHOS OF EDUCATION, EMPOWERMENT AND AUTHENTICITY.” Founded by graphic designer Ouigi Theodore and developed by an arsenal of visionaries fueled by a common purpose, this bustling junction of style and character is always an experience. So why buy BKC? The most obvious answer is its make sense to invest into a brand that has integrity to the brand and the lifestyle it represents. Integrity in a company is something this American brand does to their own tune. Thanks Ouigi for sharing your vision with us! LOCATIONS: www.thebkcircus.com The Brooklyn Circus NYc
